As you leave the clinic, you might notice tiny bumps at the injection sites from the needles. This is temporary and should return to normal within an hour or two.

Post-Treatment Guidelines

To ensure the best results and minimize side effects, follow these care instructions:

1. Keep Your Head Upright :
   • For the next 4 hours, keep your head upright. Avoid bending over or lying down.
2. Avoid Touching Treated Areas :
   • Wait at least 4 hours before touching the treated areas.
3. Activate Injected Muscles :
   • For 1 hour after your treatment, exaggerate the use of the muscles that have been injected. This promotes the binding of the neurotoxin to the muscle.
4. Mild Headache :
   • About 5% of people may experience a mild headache after the treatment. You may take Tylenol to help with this. Avoid Advil, as it can increase bruising due to its blood-thinning effects.
5. Bruising :
   • Slight bruising from the injections is common and will gradually disappear. You may cover the area with makeup or concealer the next day.
6. Resume Normal Activities :
   • You may immediately resume your normal activities but wait 24 hours before exercising.
7. Avoid Heat :
   • We recommend avoiding heat, including saunas, hot yoga, and tanning beds, for 24 hours.
8. Be Patient :
   • The results are not immediately apparent. It takes 3–5 days to start seeing effects, and 2 weeks for the final results.
